DESCRIPTION: 

Backlog Item 3427 - Year End Multi-store (mstore) inventory directory needs to copy to previous year during year end - 2.1.1072

APPLICATION: PTM Vision

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Year End Multi-Store (MSTORE) inventory directory was not previously copied to the Year end directory Vision created during the Year end process. This has now been added and the MSTORE directory is backed up in the Vision Year end directory during the Year end process.

**If Multi-Store Inventories are not being used, no testing is required.

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision.

    1. Verify the Year end process is followed correctly; Contact Pluss Support for assistance.

  2. U. Utilities.

  3. K. File Utilities.

  4. H. End of Year Preparation.

  5. When the Year End Operation prompt is shown, check the ‘Zero Profits on Inventory Items’ and the ‘Zero profits on Inventory items’ checkbox.

  6. Allow the Year end process to complete.

    1. Verify all Year end processes have been completed.

  7. Access the directory where Vision is stored.

  8. Locate the newly create 20XX directory

    1. Verify an MSTORE folder is shown and the correct Multi-store inventories have been backed up.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  When the ‘Zero Profits on Inventory Items' checkbox is selected during the Year end process, Vision was not zeroing the quantity for Multi-store inventories
