DESCRIPTION:

Bug 10902 - Pluss Comm: Issue uploading Company logo

APPLICATION:  PTM Vision/Utilities

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  When entering a Company logo, an a user was also using Pluss Commerce, the Logo for the Pluss Commerce site was being removed.

  • If not using Pluss Commerce, no testing is required.

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision.

  2. Select U. Utilities.

  3. Select J. System Settings.

  4. Select A. Enter Company Heading.

  5. Select A. Setup Company Heading.

  6. Select the Logo dropdown.

  7. When the File chooser is shown, select an image to upload.

  8. Select Ok to save.

  9. Select Yes to the dialog message that states “Do you want to upload your logo to PTM Online for use with Plussnet and PTM Online?”

  10. Select X. Esc Exit.

  11. Select X. Esc Exit.

  12. Select Yes to the dialog message that states “Would you like to save all changes?”

  13. Select Commerce Site/Site Settings.

    1. Verify the same Logo file is shown that was set in the Company heading in the steps above.

  14. Select Save/Update.

  15. Access your Pluss Commerce site.

    1. Verify the new logo is shown on the site.

Bug 10938 - Open Orders/Reprice order: When I use the Reprice tool on a Work Order, an error occurs

APPLICATION:  PTM Vision/Open Orders 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  An error was occurring in an open invoice if the Reprice tool was used.

  1. Access PTM Vision.

  2. Select O. Open orders.

  3. Select the Work orders tab.

  4. Select an Open order.

    1. Note: This should not harm the order in any way and is only checking for correct pricing.

  5. Select F6. Options.

  6. Select B. Utilities.

  7. Select C. Reprice Order.

  8. Select Yes to the dialog message that states “Press (Y) to reprice all items?”.

  9. Select Yes to the dialog message that states “Reprice labor as well?”.

    1. Verify no error occurs when the repricing tool is used.

Bug 10941 - (AURORA) Error occurs when activating Aurora without UN/Pass

APPLICATION:   PTM Vision

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Aurora - On a new install of PTM Vision, and the Aurora Gbom integration was activated without entering a Username and Password, an error was occurring when the Aurora viewer was opened.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Error occurs when emailing a Customer from either the Customer file directly or by using the Communications toolbar located at the bottom of the Vision application.

  2. Select Compose from the Communications toolbar.
