How to Use the Happy Fox Portal to submit new tickets
Log in to your Happy Fox portal, make sure you are on the Tickets view, select 'New Ticket' as shown. Fill in the fields as prompted on the New Ticket: Click on the "Create Ticket" button at the bottom of the screen to submit the ticket.
