Bug 28234 - PTM Vision/Mobile Service: Mobile service license validation cannot handle Canadian date format

 

APPLICATION: PTM Vision

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Mobile Service: Mobile service license validation cannot handle Canadian date format

 

<<-------------------------------------*SETUP INSTRUCTIONS*------------------------------------>>

  1. Update the Mobile Service Licensing expire date to 12/31/2024 in the online database


 

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select Mobile

  3. Select Mobile Users

  4. Select F2-New

  5. Enter the Account Name

  6. Enter the Password

  7. Select the Is Mechanic checkbox

  8. Enter the Technician ID#

  9. Select the Enabled checkbox

  10. Select the Use Mobile Service checkbox.  Select OK 

  11. License Validation occurs.  If no Licensing message displays, the User is saved.  Select OK
