APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Non Inventory Items with Core Charges causes duplicate core returns in PO's

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select P. Purchase Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter a Noninventory part number, Qty of 1, Core charge, and Vendor

5. Select the Refer dropdown and add the item to an order

6. Select Ok to create the PO

7. Select Yes to add to the Order

8. Enter 1 for the Core return and select Ok

9. Select O/R/F8 Process the PO

10. Open the order the item was added to

11. Select Alt+F7. Print bill and close

12. Select Ok on the Core return prompt

13. Access PO's again

    1. Verify only 1 Core Return has been created for the item
