DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 21800 - Vision : PlussPay - bad amounts when charging non present card

APPLICATION: PTM Vision

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  PlussPay - bad amounts when charging non-present card

 

<<-------------------------------------*SETUP INSTRUCTIONS*------------------------------------>>

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select Services/Features

  3. Enter 1,36 and select Enter

  4. Check the box to activate and verify Feature 14,5 has a value greater than zero.  Select OK

 

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Select O-Open Orders

  2. Select F2-New 

  3. Enter a Customer Account 

  4. Add Parts/Labor in the I-Input field

  5. Select F6-Options and C-Deposit Utility.  Create new deposit

  6. When the surcharge message appears, click no

  7. Cancel out the rest of the Payment windows

  8. Select ALTF7-print bill/close.  The charge amount is accurate

Bug 28104 - PTM Vision/Inventory: Sitting idle on the Inventory search grid is causing it to go blank

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Inventory

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Sitting idle on the Inventory search grid is causing it to go blank

 

<<-------------------------------------*SETUP INSTRUCTIONS*------------------------------------>>

PTM Vision:

  1. Stop your REST service

  2. Access PTM Vision

  3. Select I. Inventory

  4. Select F10. Search

  5. Open a part and delete it

  6. Press enter to access the Search grid

  7. Leave Search window open

    1. Verify the Search grid does not go blank

 

MMI:

  1. Access Mobile Inventory app

  2. Login with an existing user

  3. Select the Cycle count tab

  4. Enter the part number you just deleted

  5. Update the QTY

  6. Save the cycle count and return to Vision step 7
