PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Pluss Pay - WO Deposits not charging Credit Card Fees

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select O-Open Orders and select an Order with a total above 0.00.

3. Change the terms on the order to CASH

4. Select F6-Options/C-Deposit Utility/A-Create Deposit

5. Enter CC# in the Memo field.  

6. Enter the Deposit amount and select Card from the dropdown.  Select OK

7. Process the Credit Card payment.  Select OK on the Success Message

8. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

9. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

10. Select Yes to the Credit Card Fee and Run the Card

11. Success message displays. Select OK
