  6. Enter a 3 character line code and press enter

    1. Verify the Inventory Search is shown

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Open Orders - C0000005 error occurred selecting an Order

  1. Access the Mobile Service Application and Log in

  2. Select the (+) on the Tickets screen

  3. Enter a Description,

  4. Select a Customer from the Dropdown.  

  5. Select a Location from the dropdown and select the Save icon

  6. Access PTM Vision

  7. Select the External Actions button

  8. Select Update Tickets and F6-Process or F7-Process all.  Select OK and Close the External Actions window

  9. Select T-Tickets

  10. Open a Ticket with your Mobile Technician assigned

  11. Select F12-Convert and Yes to Convert the Ticket

  12. Select OK to approve the note provided

  13. The Open Order opens.  Select OK to Save

  14. Access the Mobile Service Application

  15. Select the Work Orders tab.  The New Order should be displayed at the top.  Select the Order and add Parts and or Labor.  Select Save

  16. Access PTM Vision

  17. Select the External Actions button

  18. Select  Work Orders and F6-Process or F7-Process all.  Select OK and Close the External Actions window

  19. Select O-Open Orders.  Open the Order just imported, it should be highlighted.  Errors no longer occur.

  4. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

  5. Right-click on the Status column

  6. Enter any Sidebar Hotkey (O/I/P, etc)

    1. Verify the sidebar is not opened and the grid search is completed successfully

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select P. Purchase Orders

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Enter in a Non-Inventory part number, description, cost and vendor

  5. Select Ok

  6. Select O to order

  7. Select R to enter receiving mode

  8. Select Ctrl+F. Freight

  9. Select a freight

  10. Enter an Incoming cost

  11. Select F8. Process

  12. When prompted, say Yes to add the freight to the Cost of the item

    1. Take note of the Margins that are shown

  13. Access I. Inventory

    1. Verify the margins and cost for the Inventory item added are correct
