Access the Mobile Service Application and Log in

Select the (+) on the Tickets screen

Enter a Description,

Select a Customer from the Dropdown.

Select a Location from the dropdown and select the Save icon

Access PTM Vision

Select the External Actions button
-
Select Update Tickets and F6-Process or F7-Process all. Select OK and Close the External Actions window

Select T-Tickets
-
Open a Ticket with your Mobile Technician assigned

Select F12-Convert and Yes to Convert the Ticket

Select OK to approve the note provided

The Open Order opens. Select OK to Save

Access the Mobile Service Application

Select the Work Orders tab. The New Order should be displayed at the top. Select the Order and add Parts and or Labor. Select Save

Access PTM Vision
-
Select the External Actions button
-
Select Work Orders and F6-Process or F7-Process all. Select OK and Close the External Actions window

Select O-Open Orders. Open the Order just imported, it should be highlighted. Errors no longer occur.
