1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select the Vehicle sales tab

4. Select F2. New

5. Enter Customer account information

6. Select F6. Options/M. Vehicle Sales

7. Select F10. Search and add a Vehicle

8. Enter a Selling Cost for the Vehicle

9. Enter a Trade-In Vehicle

10. Enter the same Trade-In Cost as the vehicle Selling Cost

11. Select F8. Process

12. Notice the Vehicle line is set to $0 cost

13. Select F4. Edit on the Vehicle

    1. Verify the Cost has been correctly entered

Editing Cost from Open Order:

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter Customer account information

5. Select F10. Search and select an Inventory item

6. Select F4. Edit and change the Cost

7. Select Ok to save

8. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

9. Select I. Inventory

10. Select the Qty button

    1. Verify the Current Cost is the cost that was edited on the Order

Editing Cost from Purchase Orders:

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select P. Purchase Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Select F10. Search and add an item to the PO

5. Edit the Cost

6. Select Ok to create the PO

7. Select O/R/F8. Process

8. Select No to update Cost in Inventory

9. Select I. Inventory

10. Select the Qty button

    1. Verify the Current Cost is the cost that was edited on the Order

8. Once the report displays, select the Export button to save and open in Excel

3. Find a vehicle in inventory. Write down the part number and cost

4. O - Order

5. Click Vehicle Sales tab

6. F2 - New Order

7. Add a customer

8. F6 - Menu

9. M - Vehicle Sales

10. Add a vehicle to sell and price for it

11. Add a trade in vehicle that is in inventory

12. Add the cost of the trade in vehicle to both "Trade In Cost" and "Trade In Amount"

13. F8 - Process

    1. Verify the Trade-In is properly added to the order
