1. Access PTM Vision

2. If using Gmail to send Emails through PTM Vision and the Pluss Email Cient version is below 1.0.0.10 a message will display indicating the email client is not up-to-date and to close and reload in Administrator mode.

3. Select to continue loading PTM Vision.

4. Relaunching PTM Vision in Administrator mode, a download status bar will display as the email client is updated.  

5. Once complete, Vision will load and the message will not display again.
