PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Orders: Tax percentage needs to be validated before it is used on an order

1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select O-Open Orders

3. Select F2-New to start an order without entering an Account Number

4. Select CTRL+T-Tax and update the tax area to one with a 0% rate

5. Select OK to close the order window

6. Select F2-New again

7. Select Yes to reuse the previous order

8. Assign a customer to the order that has a tax area of CLAY

9. Select CTRL+T - Note that the tax area has been changed to CLAY and the tax percentage is correct.
