DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 27229 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: Itrans quantities incorrect when pulling parts prior to closing the order

APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Open Orders: Itrans quantities incorrect when pulling parts before closing the order

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select C-Customers

  3. Search for a Customer with Closed Orders and select

  4. Enter CTRL/H - History

  5. Set the date range to one that will include previously closed orders

  6. Align to a closed order

  7. Select F8-Source to open the order

  8. Click the Open Orders button to force the open orders window open/focus

  9. Select F2-New to start a new order

  10. Click on the input area on the new order (immediately without touching anything else)

  11. Add a part that is in stock.

  12. Note that the QTY on the order can populate initially with a qty that is not 1

  13. Change the QTY on the order to 1 or 0

  14. Pay the Order to have the parts pulled from the Inventory

  15. Select I-Open inventory

  16. Select F7-Print

  17. Select R-Transactions

  18. Set the date range to today and leave the part number as the part you just added to the order

  19. The order in focus should be pulling parts, and the qty reduced in inventory.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Moving a Labor Operation to a new order that was assigned a Tech in the Tech list causes a guid to be placed in the Tech List field

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work orders tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer account information

  6. Exit the order

  7. Select F2. New

  8. Enter Customer account information

  9. In the Input field, enter a Labor operation

  10. Add some hours and a Tech

  11. Select F4. Edit and select the Tech List dropdown

  12. Assign a couple techs

  13. Select Ok to exit the Labor op

  14. Select Ctrl+X to mark the operation

  15. Select Alt+F2 to move the item

  16. Enter the order number from the first order that was created in step 2

  17. Do not check the box to remove the item

  18. Exit the existing order and open the other order

  19. Select F4. Edit on the Labor op

    1. Verify the Tech listed is still correct
