APPLICATION: Issue duplicate freight lines on an order

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  PTM Vision/Open Orders

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter Customer Account information

5. In the Input field, enter an inventory item with no qty in stock

6. Select Yes to back order

7. Select F11. PO

8. Select O. Order

9. Select R. Receive

10. Select Ctrl+F. Freight

11. Select a Freight Item

12. Enter an Incoming Cost and select Ok

13. Select F4. Edit on the Freight item

14. Select the Refer dropdown

15. Select the order type used and select the Order from the list

16. Select Yes to add Freight to order

17. Do not enter a Quoted amount, just select Ok

18. Select F8. Process

19. Select Yes to add to payables

20. Enter in item details like a Cost and select Ok

21. Return to the order

    1. Verify the Freight line has not been duplicated

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select P. Purchase Orders

3. Select the Ok button to exit Purchase Orders

4. Select I. Inventory

5. Select F8. Sales/History

6. Select H. POS History

7. Select Yes to the prompt that states "Search all lines"

8. Select the X to close the print preview options

9. Select X to close Print Preview window

10. Select X. Exit on Transactions menu

11. Select P. Purchase Orders without closing the Inventory window

    1. Verify the Purchase orders window opens
