Bug 27523 PTM Vision: Pluss Pay - Credit Card Fees not posting to GL612 as set in Features

APPLICATION: PTM Vision

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Pluss Pay - Credit Card Fees not posting to GL612 as set in Features

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select Services/Features

  3. Enter 10,10 in the Search box, select Enter

  4. Verify the GL for Credit Cards is set to a GL Account#  ( 612 ).  Select OK

 

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Select O-Open Orders and select an Order with a total above 0.00.

  2. Change the terms on the order to CASH

  3. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

  4. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

  5. Select Yes to the Credit Card Fee acceptance and Run the Card

  6. Success message displays. Select OK

  7. Select A-Accounting, H-Accounting Reports, I-Transactions and review the report.  Locate the Order number that was just paid. Notice there is a GL612 listed for Credit Card Fee Income which should match the Fee applied to the Order.

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Add a part to Inventory

  3. Use a cost of $600

  4. Use a measure of 300

  5. Select O. Open Orders

  6. Select F2. New

  7. Enter Customer account information

  8. Add the measured part to the order

  9. When prompted for quantities, answer 1

  10. Change BO quantities to 0.5 (150) for the order

  11. F11 to load Purchase Orders

  12. Order the part

  13. Go into receiving mode

  14. F4 to edit the part

  15. Change the cost to $700

  16. Process to receive the part

  17. Go back to the order the part was back ordered on

  18. F4 to edit the part on the order

    1. Verify the Cost has been properly updated
