PROBLEM SUMMARY:  PTM Vision/Open Orders: Labor operation billed hours not updating properly

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter Customer account Information

5. In the Input field, enter a Labor operation

6. Select F4. Edit on the Labor op

7. Change Rate to $0

8. Select No to the prompt that states "Would you like to freeze billed hours for this labor operation?"

9. Say Yes to update the rate

10. Select F4. Edit on the Time entry

11. Enter a Time in/out

12. Select Ok to save

    1. Verify the TC-Hrs and B-Hrs are properly updated
