PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Pluss Pay - Credit Card fee applied to Cash/Check deposits upon Print/Close with Credit Card.

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select F2-New

  4. Add an Account Number

  5. Verify the Terms are Cash

  6. Add Parts and Labor to the I-Input section

  7. Select F6-Options

  8. Select C-Deposit Utility/A-Create a Deposit

  9. Enter a Memo, Deposit Amount, and Payment type of Cash or Check

  10. Select OK.  Select No to Print a Receipt

  11. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

  12. Select C-Pay by Credit Card.  The Credit Card Fee is only charged on the Credit Card amount Paid and not the total amount paid.

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select File/Shop Time Manager

    1. Verify the setting to allow techs to login to multiple jobs is set to No

  3. Select a tech

  4. Select a WO and login to a job

  5. Select the Job Codes Tab

  6. Select the Job Floating button

  7. Select the same tech you are logged in with

  8. Select Ok to the You are already logged in prompt

    1. Verify another time clock login has not been recorded and a prompt is displayed that states "Because Shop Time Manager is configured not to allow logging into more than one job at a time, the 'Job Floating' feature has been disabled."
