Product Backlog Item 27092 - PTM Vision/Time Editing: Add a feature to hide GL while editing time records

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Shop Time Manager

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Add a feature to hide GL while editing time records

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select Services/Features

  3. Enter 5,99

  4. Set 5,99 to active

  5. Select OK to save

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Select File/Shop Time Manager

  2. Select a Tech

  3. Select a Work order and Log in

  4. Select the Edit Time button

    1. Verify the GL is unavailable

    2. Note: If feature 2,6 is active and the specified user is logged in, the GL field should be enabled even if 5,99 is enabled

  • 5,99: Block the Ability to Change General Ledger on Time Records

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Kits not adding Serialized parts cost to the Kit cost causing the Cost to be incorrect on the order

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Enter Customer Account information

  5. In the Input field, enter a Kit that contains a Serialized part

  6. Select F8. Tag

  7. Select Yes to the prompt to use special pricing

    1. Note: Saying No to the prompt should still display the cost of the Kit correctly

  8. Select Ok to add the part to the order

  9. Select F4. Edit on the Kit Parent part

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Sales orders tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer Account Information

  6. In the Input field, enter Parts/Labor

  7. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

    1. Verify the Open Orders grids closes behind the open order

    2. Verify once returned to the Open Orders grid, the focus has been returned to the Sales order tab

  7. Select No the Pull Parts prompt

  8. Click in the Input field

    1. Verify no prompt is shown to ask to pull the part again
