Select P. Purchase Orders

Select F2. New
-
Enter a Non-Inventory Part number, QAty, Cost and Vendor

Select Ok

Select O. Order

Select R. Receive

Select F8. Process

Select Yes to add to Payables
-
Verify when the Add to Inventory window is shown, the Stock Type field contains the number 1 and can be edited to Stock Type 3 if needed
