DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 27137 - PTM Vision/Pluss Pay: Once an order is closed and an invalid TID is written to the database, a return order will not process successfully through Pluss Pay

APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Pluss Pay: Once an order is closed an invalid TID is written to the database, a return order will not process successfully through Pluss Pay

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders screen, select F10-Search History of an Order previously paid by a Credit Card 

  3. Select the dropdown arrow next to Search by Customer Name

  4. Enter the Account number or Account Name in the Search field.  Select OK

  5. Highlight an order and select F9-Return

  6. Select Yes to build a return order

  7. On the Return Order, the RID displayed will be the Transaction ID of the original processed payment.

  8. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

  9. Select C-Pay by Credit Card

  10. Select OK to confirm the Refund Amount.  The Credit Card Refund will be processed.
