- 
	Access PTM Vision 
- 
	Select O-Open Orders screen, select F10-Search History of an Order previously paid by a Credit Card 
- 
	Select the dropdown arrow next to Search by Customer Name 
- 
	Enter the Account number or Account Name in the Search field. Select OK 
- 
	Highlight an order and select F9-Return 
- 
	Select Yes to build a return order 
- 
	On the Return Order, the RID displayed will be the Transaction ID of the original processed payment. 
- 
	Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close 
- 
	Select C-Pay by Credit Card 
- 
	Select OK to confirm the Refund Amount. The Credit Card Refund will be processed.
