1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select F2. New

4. Enter Cash Customer Account information

5. Change the Terms to INHOUSE

6. In the Input field, enter an Inventory item that has an Old Cost and New Cost

7. Select F4. Edit on the item

   1. Verify the Cost and Selling Price are both set to the Old Cost

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  At times, when there are already open quantities to account for all old inventory quantities, old cost is being used when a part is added to an order

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select I. Inventory

3. Add stock qty if necessary

4. Add an old qty of at least 1

5. Add an old cost that is different than current cost

6. Exit Inventory

1. Select O. Open Orders

2. Start a new order

3. Add the part to an order

4. Set the part qty high enough that it is equal to or greater than the old qty

5. Start a new order

6. Add the same part

   1. Verify the Cost is the Current cost of the item

5. Select C. Customer File/Ctrl +U. Units

6. Select F2. New

7. Enter a Valid VIN# in the Vin field and select the Search icon

   1. Verify the Vehicle details are shown
