Select the Work Order tab to open a Work Order

Select the (+) icon to add Parts and Labor.

Select the dropdown arrow next to Service. Select a Labor item, adjust the quantity if necessary, and select the Save icon.

Select the dropdown arrow next to Parts, adjust the quantity if necessary, and select the Save icon.

Select the Authorize Work Button. The Labor descriptions should display below the signature capture. Sign and select Save Signature. Select the Save Icon.

Select the External Actions button.

Select Work Order Records and select F6-Process.

Select Work Authorization and F6-Process on each item. The document should display the Labor items from the Work Order and price.
