  2. Select Mobile from the File Menu

  3. Select Mobile Users

  4. Highlight a User and select F4-Edit

  5. To allow the user to see the Customers current balance, select the check box.  The default will be deselected

  6. Access the Mobile Service Application and Login

  7. Select the Work Order Tab

  8. Select the down arrow at the top of the screen

  9. Select the Icon next to the Customer Account Number.  If the permission is on the Customers current balance will display.

  1. Access the Mobile Service Application

  2. Log In

  3. Select the Work Order tab to open a Work Order

  4. Select the (+) icon to add Parts and Labor.

  5. Select the dropdown arrow next to Service. Select a Labor item, adjust the quantity if necessary, and select the Save icon.

  6. Select the dropdown arrow next to Parts, adjust the quantity if necessary, and select the Save icon.

  7. Select the Authorize Work Button.  The Labor descriptions should display below the signature capture.  Sign and select Save Signature.  Select the Save Icon.

  8. Access PTM Vision 

  9. Select the External Actions button.  

  10. Select Work Order Records and select F6-Process.  

  11. Select Work Authorization and F6-Process on each item.  The document should display the Labor items from the Work Order and price.

  1. Access the Mobile Service Application

  2. Log In

  3. Select the (+) icon to create a new Ticket

  4. Enter a Description 

  5. Select the down arrow next to the Customer Account field.  Select a Customer.  

  6. Add a Service Location and a Unit.  Select Save.

  7. Reopen the Ticket and select Convert to Work Order.

  8. Select the (+) icon to add Parts and Labor.

  9. Select the dropdown arrow next to Service. Select a Labor and select the Save icon.

  10. Select the (+) icon to start time tracking.  Enter a note for starting Labor.

  11. Select the stop Time Tracking icon and add a note for completing the Labor.

  12. Select the Authorize or Approve Work Button and sign the form, select Save Signature.

  13. Access PTM Vision 

  14. Select the External Actions button.  

  15. Select F6-Process on all Tickets, Orders, and Work Auth.  When processing  Work Auths, verify the Branch displays as zero.

  1. Access the Mobile Service Application

  2. Login

  3. Select an open Ticket 

  4. Select the (+) to add Service or Parts

  5. Select the dropdown next to Service or Parts and choose from the dropdown list.  Select the Save Icon.  

  6. Access PTM Vision 

  7. Select External Actions

  8. Select Tickets and select F6-Process on all items in the list.  Select OK to close

  9. Select T-Tickets and select the bottom Ticket to open

  10. On the Right, highlight the Parts and Labor.  Select the Delete button and confirm with yes.  Select OK to save on both screens

  11. Revisit the Mobile Application and retrieve the Ticket that was updated.  The deleted items from Vision should not display.

  6. Add a CC and a Bcc email address.  Select Send.

  7. All recipients should receive an email and attachments if applicable.

  4. If Fax is the preferred method of receiving communications, verify the presence of a Fax number and delete the email address

  5. If Email is the preferred method of receiving communications, verify the presence of an Email address and delete the email address

  6. Select Services/Features.  Verify Features 5,92 and 5,93 are selected

Verify the Update Description: When an item (Inventory or Non-Inventory) is sold to a customer and the item Selling Price is edited, the system will prompt to save that quoted price for that particular customer. The system will then always try to sell that item to the customer for that edited Selling price. Note: When first getting started and not ready to setup complex pricing tables for your customers, leave this option off.
