  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Order

  3. Select the Vehicle Sales tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer account information

  6. Select F6. Options/M. Vehicle Sales

  7. Select F10. Search and add a Unit to sell

  8. Enter a Used Unit Stock number for Trade-In

  9. Select F8.  Process

  10. Select F5. Delete on each of the items that were added to the order

  11. Select F6. Options/M. Vehicle Sales

  12. Select F10. Search and add the same Unit again

  13. Enter the same Used Unit Stock number for Trade-In

  14. Select F8.  Process

  15. Exit the order

  16. Select I. Inventory

  17. Select F10. Search and enter the Trade-In unit

    1. Verify only one trade-in unit has been added to inventory

  1. Right-click the Vision icon and select Run as Administrator.  

  2. Select Service, Account / Software Utilities

  3. Select Verify Libraries

  4. Select C-Customer

  5. Select F10-Search.  Enter an Account Number or Customer Name and select Done

  6. Select F7-Print and F-View Electronic Documents

  7. Go to the bottom of the records and select E-Email Fax

  8. Add a message, if necessary in the Body of the email and select Send.

  9. A message will display and if necessary an Internet browser.  Log in to your Gmail account and enable Pluss Software LLC to send emails on your behalf.

  10. A confirmation message will display and the email will be sent and the attachment will be named based on the Work Order or Document type from Vision.

  3. Select the (+) icon to create a new Ticket

  4. Enter a Description 

  5. Select the down arrow next to the Customer Account field.  Select a Customer that has exceeded their Credit Limit.  

  6. Add a Service Location and a Unit.  Select Save.

  7. Reopen the Ticket and select Convert to Work Order.

  8. Access PTM Vision 

  9. Select the External Actions button.  

  10. Select Ticket Updated.  The import completes without errors.
