  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select A. Accounting

  3. Select C. Check Register

  4. Select a Checking account

  5. Select F6. Options/D. Reconcile Account

  6. Select A. Create Bank Reconciliation

  7. Enter Beginning Balance and select Ok

  8. Select V. View

  9. Select B. Running Balance

  10. Select F11. Sum

  11. Enter the Total of the Summary to filter the grid down to the entry

  12. Select R. Reconcile

    1. Verify the line name is not changed to a Customer name and remains untouched

DESCRIPTION: 

Backlog Item 26551 - Item PTM Vision / Email : Add ability to send email via GMAIL restful api with oauth

APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Email: Add ability to send email via GMAIL restful api with oauth

 

<<-------------------------------------*SETUP INSTRUCTIONS*------------------------------------>>

  1. Right-click the Vision Icon.  Select Run as Administrator to Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select Services/Features (U,J,Q)

  3. To use the Corporate Email for all Sent items from all Users, select enter 5,93 in the search box and select Enter.  Select the checkbox.

  4. To use the Individual Email for all Sent items from a User, enter 7,3 in the Search box and select Enter Select the checkbox and select the square next to Allow This User to Use Individual Email.

  5. Enter the individual's email address.  Select OK to save.

  6. Select Services

  7. Select Account 

  8. Select Software Utilities and Verify Libraries.

  9. Select OK if prompted to install the new Mail Client.

  1. Select the Compose button on the Communications Bar

  2. Enter an Account Number or Name in the Search box.  Select Done.

  3. If the Company is using Gmail for sending Emails, the first time attempting to send an email, Google will open and request the User to login to the Account to send from.  

  4. Once logged in, a screen will display indicating Pluss Software LLC can view messages and settings, and send email on your behalf.  

  5. Select Allow to continue.

  6. You may close the next screen once verification has been granted and the pending email should have been sent.
