DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 26516 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: If only the Phone/Name is changed on an order, it is not being logged in the orders.log

APPLICATION:  PTM Vision/Open Orders

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  If only the Phone/Name is changed on an order, it is not being logged in the orders.log

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Leave the 2 account and just enter a phone number and name

  5. Click in the Input field

  6. Exit the order

  7. Open the order again and select F8. Amend

  8. Change only the phone number and name Select F8. Amend again

  9. Access the orders.log

    1. Verify the changes to the order have been logged

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders 

  3. Select the Work Order tab

  4. Scroll through the list of Orders until the Start Order button changes to Ticket Source.   Make note of the Work Order Number. 

  5. Select the Ticket Source button.  The Work Order record should be the one noted above.

  6. Select T-Ticket.  Select F11-View to view closed Orders

  7. Scroll to the right to view the Order# associated and double-click to view the Order. 

  8. Select F11-Source to be directed to the Work Order associated with the Ticket.

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Vehicle Sales Tab

  4. Select F2. new

  5.  Enter Customer Account information

  6. Select F6. Options/M. Vehicle Sales

  7. Select F10. Search and locate a StkType 3 Vehicle Unit

  8. Add and Administration Fee

  9. Select F12. Set

  10. Use the Esc key to leave the Setup window and the Disclaimer window

  11. Select F8. Process

    1. Verify the Vehicle Unit is properly added to the order
