PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Open Orders: Buttons become unusable after performing a reorder

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Open an existing order

  4. Select F6. Options/V. Reorder to New Order

  5. Select Estimate

  6. Select A. Work Order

  7. Select Ok on any prompts that are shown

  8. Once on the new order, select the Ok button or any button on the bottom.  They operate as expected

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select T-Tickets

  3. Select F2-New

  4. Select F10-Find Customer and search for a Customer.  Select Done

  5. Select a Unit from the Unit dropdown

  6. Enter a Ticket Description and select OK.

  7. All items are uploaded and accessible to the Mobile Service Application.

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Estimates tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer info

  6. In the Input field, enter an on the fly labor op

  7. Use Ok to exit the order

  8. Select F6. Options/C. Convert

  9. Select Ok to Order options window

  10. When the Bo options is shown, click outside the window

  11. Click No to back order

  12. When the new order is shown, click in the Input field

  13. Click No to back order.  Converted Order displays

  2. Select Services, Functions.  Verify 5,83 Mobile Service is deselected.  Select OK

  3. Select O. Open Orders.  

  4. Verify no Create Ticket button is present

  5. Open an existing order.

  6. Verify no Ticket Source button is present  

  7. Select F6-Options and 7.Mobile Service

  8. Verify the Assign Mobile Techs button is inoperable
