1. Access PTM Vision 

2. Select Commerce Site

3. Select Utilities

4. Select Sync Online Data

5. Select a dataset in the dropdown, or select Sync All

6. If Sync All is selected, select Yes to Prompt for confirmation on each table

7. To only sync Open Work Orders and the associated data, when the prompt to Sync Work in Progress, select No to Sync Closed Work Orders
