	Access PTM Vision 
- 
	Select R. Reporting 
- 
	Select O. Sales Journal Reports 
- 
	Select L. Transaction Activity Detail 
- 
	Change the Report Type to Activity Report 
- 
	Select the Branch dropdown and select a branch 
- 
	Enter a valid Date Range 
- 
	Change the Date Type to Trans Type 
- 
	Select the Refresh button 
- 
	Access the Parts Information page(s) of the report - 
		Verify only the transactions from the selected Branch are shown

	Access PTM Vision 
- 
	Select P. Purchase Order 
- 
	Select F2. New 
- 
	Select F10. Search 
- 
	Select Ctrl+F10 to open FIP window 
- 
	Select a part to order that is set to an FIP vendor 
- 
	Select Send to PO's 
- 
	Line up on the FIP PO and select O. Order 
- 
	Select F7. Print/A. Print Current PO# XXXX - 
		Verify if aligned to a PO for a PPN vendor that has been ordered (has a PO number) and F7 A is used to print, only that PO number should be included in the report 
- 
		Verify if aligned to a PO for a PPN vendor that has not been ordered (has no PO number) and F7 A is used to print, only the PO items shown on the grid for that vendor should be included in the report

	Access PTM Vision - 
		Verify there are already some PO's active but not ordered 
 
- 
		
- 
	Select O. Open Orders 
- 
	Select F2. New 
- 
	Enter Customer account information 
- 
	In the Input field, enter a non-inventory item 
- 
	Select X to access item details 
- 
	Once in the details, change the part number 
- 
	Use the Esc key to leave the Item details and not add the item to the order 
- 
	Exit Open orders and access PO's - 
		Verify no part numbers have been changed 
- 
		Verify no PO was added that is tied to the order 
 
-
