  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select R. Reporting

  3. Select O. Sales Journal Reports

  4. Select L. Transaction Activity Detail

  5. Change the Report Type to Activity Report

  6. Select the Branch dropdown and select a branch

  7. Enter a valid Date Range

  8. Change the Date Type to Trans Type

  9. Select the Refresh button

  10. Access the Parts Information page(s) of the report

    1. Verify only the transactions from the selected Branch are shown

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  F7/A report displays all items in the PO grid instead of filtering down to the selected PO #

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select P. Purchase Order

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Select F10. Search

  5. Select Ctrl+F10 to open FIP window

  6. Select a part to order that is set to an FIP vendor

  7. Select Send to PO's

  8. Line up on the FIP PO and select O. Order

  9. Select F7. Print/A. Print Current PO# XXXX

    1. Verify if aligned to a PO for a PPN vendor that has been ordered (has a PO number) and F7 A is used to print, only that PO number should be included in the report

    2. Verify if aligned to a PO for a PPN vendor that has not been ordered (has no PO number) and F7 A is used to print, only the PO items shown on the grid for that vendor should be included in the report

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Changing the Part number on a non-stock PO before it is properly ordered is causing a random PO to get it's Part number changed

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

    1. Verify there are already some PO's active but not ordered

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Enter Customer account information

  5. In the Input field, enter a non-inventory item

  6. Select X to access item details

  7. Once in the details, change the part number

  8. Use the Esc key to leave the Item details and not add the item to the order

  9. Exit Open orders and access PO's

    1. Verify no part numbers have been changed

    2. Verify no PO was added that is tied to the order

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select I. Inventory

  3. When the Search is shown, select the Esc key

    1. Verify there is no delay

  4. Select the Esc key again

    1. Verify there is no delay and Inventory is closed
