DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 26175 - PTM Vision/Purchase Orders: If a custom PO form exists and a PO with fees is printed and grouping is not selected, there is no option available to use the PO Fees form

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  If a custom PO form exists and a PO with fees is printed and grouping is not selected, there is no option available to use the PO Fees form

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select P. Purchase Orders

  3. Select F2. New

  4. Select F10. Search and locate an item with Fees

  5. Select Ok to add Purchase Order

  6. Select F2. New

  7. Select F10. Search and locate an item with a Core charge

  8. Select Ok to add Purchase Order

  9. Select O to order on each item added

  10. Select F7. Print/A. Print Current PO# XXXX

  11. Select No to the following prompt "This PO has fees associated with some items. The Grouped Parts option has also been selected. The current form does not display these additional charges or allow the grouping of parts. Choose YES to use the current custom form that may not display the additional charges. Choose NO to print additional charges and group parts."

    1. Verify the PO printout is shown and the fees/core charges are properly displayed

    2. Verify the PO printout items are grouped

Bug 26179 - Update Wisetack with new accepted status to Offer Locked

APPLICATION: PTM Vision 

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Wisetack: Update New Accepted status to Offer Locked

  1. Select O-Open Orders

  2. Select an order where the Total is greater than $500

  3. Select Alt F7-Print Bill/Close

  4. Select H-Wisetack Financing

  5. Enter a mobile phone number to receive Text messages.  Select OK

  6. Complete the Wisetack Loan Application 

  7. Once the Terms are accepted and SSN verified, in Vision select the Check Status button.  A response will now display In Progress - Offer Locked
