  1. Open a PTM Vision Branch using a desktop icon

    1. Verify if branching is disabled for a user, a dialog message is shown that states ‘Due to system or Pluss subscription settings, the requested branch could not be loaded. Please contact Pluss Support if you believe you have received this message in error. Your main Vision branch will now load.’

    2. Verify if feature 7,20 is disabled in the users Vision features, the dialog message is shown

    3. Verify if a user is not registered for branches, but an ISBRANCH.ON file is present in the main Vision folder, the requested branch will load if feature 7,20 is enabled; if 7,20 is disabled, the branch will not load and the dialog message is shown

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work orders tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer account information

  6. Select F10. Search and select an inventory item with a higher cost

  7. Once the item is on the order, select the Ctrl+R button or the Ctrl+R hotkeys

  8. Exit the order

  9. Select F2. New

    1. Verify the newly opened order is not in Rating view
