  2. Select Services/Features

  3. In the Search field, enter 5,11

    1. Verify the Feature Description has been updated to state "By default, Vision prompts to print a receipt when an ROA payment is processed. Activating this feature disables this prompt and forces an ROA receipt to be printed"

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter Customer information

  6. Select a Unit to add to the order

  7. In the Input field, enter an on-the-fly Labor operation

  8. Do not assign any hours or a tech

  9. In the Input field, enter another on-the-fly labor operation

  10. Do not assign any hours or a tech

  11. Exit the order and open Shop Time Manager

  12. Select a Tech

  13. Select the order that was created above

  14. Login to the first labor operation

  15. Return to the Tech screen and select a different tech

  16. Select the work order from above

  17. Login to the second labor operation

  18. Allow some time to pass and logout each tech from the Work Order

  19. Exit Shop Time Manager

  20. Select O. Open Orders

  21. Select Select the Work Orders tab

  22. Select the Work order from above

  23. Line up on the first Labor operation and increase the Q-hrs field

  24. Select the Tech that was logged into the job

  25. Select Ctrl/H to distribute hours to the tech

  26. Select Ok to exit

  27. Line up on the second Labor operation and decrease the Q-hrs field

  28. Select the 0 tech

  29. Select F4. Edit and verify the negative 0 tech hours are shown

  30. Select Okay to exit

  31. Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close

    1. Verify a prompt is shown that states "Mechanic Hours are still assigned to Mechanic 0 and have not been allocated. Are you sure you want to bill this order?"

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select  R-Reporting

  3. Select F-Order Reports

  4. Select B-Report by Date

  5. No need to change the dates

  6. Select C-Workorder Closed Date

  7. Select P-Preview Report

  8. Select N-Work in Progress as of

  9. Select Yes to Show Direct Labor Cost

  10. Select Yes to Show freight separately on report

  11. Once the report displays, select the Export Data button, Name the Report, and Save.  The exported report should match the one displayed in Vision.

  3. Select Ctrl+E. Edit Inventory

  4. Select a part and edit the part number to match another existing part with the same line code

    1. Verify a prompt is shown that states "The Part XXXXXXX already exists in the inventory. Reverting PART NUMBER  to previous value."

    2. Verify the value in the field is replaced with the original value

  5. Edit the linecode of a part that has the same part number as an existing part but a different linecode

    1. Verify a prompt is shown that states "The Part XXXXXXX already exists in the inventory. Reverting LINE to previous value."

    2. Verify the value in the field is replaced with the original value
