Bug 25538 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: Converting a Kit to a work order and back orders exist, we are not adding the back orders correctly

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Converting a Kit to a work order and back orders exist, we are not adding the back orders correctly

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Estimates tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Select A. Work order

  6. Enter Customer account info

  7. In the Input field, enter a Kit that contains parts on backorder

  8. Exit the Estimate and select F6. Options/C. Convert

  9. Select Ok to the Convert details

  10. Select Yes to back order all low quantity parts

    1. Verify the parts are back ordered correctly and the parent part is not back ordered

    1. Verify the matrix has been logged as added

  8. Select C. Customer

  9. Select F11. PMatrix

  10. Select F2. Edit

  11. Edit the matrix details

  12. Select Ok to save

  13. Access PTM Vision directory and locate/open the matrix_log.log

    1. Verify the matrix edits have been logged

  14. Select C. Customer

  15. Select F11. PMatrix

  16. Select F5. Delete

  17. Select Yes to the delete confirm dialog

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Review Open Orders for a Unit with Mileage applied

  3. Select F2-New

  4. Enter an Account Number

  5. Select the Unit with mileage and select Enter

  6. Enter the Current Mileage

  7. Add Parts and Labor in the I-Input field.  Select OK

  8. Reopen the last order

  9. Select CTRL-F2 to convert the Order to a new Work Order

  10. On the New Work Order, verify the Old and New Mileage are still present.
