Bug 25569 - PTM Vision/Omniview Import: Need to import the Memo and Taxarea fields

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Omniview Import

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Need to import the Memo and Taxarea fields

***Testing required if using the Omniview Integration with Vision; Otherwise, no testing is required***

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select U. Utilities/I. Q-Books-Excel Import-Export/Omniview Import Data

  3. Once the import completes, select C. Customers and open a Customer for which an invoice was imported

  4. Select F8. Ar

  5. Locate the imported Invoice

    1. Verify the Taxarea and Memo have been imported

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Order

  3. Retrieve an existing Order

  4. In the I-Input section select F10-Search.  Enter a Part Number while the PPN Tool is opening and searching.  

  5. No delays with Parts search occurs.

  7. Select I-Inventory

  8. Select F10-Search.  Enter BalB99 and select a result in the PPN Tool.  Select Order.

  9. Order Processes to FIP correctly

  10. Select P-Purchase Orders

  11. Select F2-New

  12. Select F10-Search.  Enter BalB99 and select a result in the PPN Tool.  Select Order.

  13. Order Processes to FIP correctly
