Access PTM Vision
-
Select O. Open Order
-
Select the Estimates tab
-
Select F2. New
-
Select A. Work Order
-
Enter a Customer account with attached Units
-
Select the Unit dropdown and select a Unit
-
Exit the Estimate and select the Work Orders tab
-
Select F2. New and create an order for the same Customer and Unit
-
Add Mileage to the Unit
-
In the Input field, enter a Labor operation
-
Select Alt+F7. Print Bill and Close
-
Select the Estimates tab
-
Select F6. Options/C. Convert
-
Select Ok on the Convert Options window
-
Select Yes to back order, if prompted
-
Open the newly created order
-
Verify the Mileage has been updated from the previously closed work order

Select P. Purchase Orders

Select F4. Edit on a Purchase order

Select the Part Search dropdown

Select Ok on the Search entry window

Select Ctrl+F10

Line up on a part in the grid and select the Esc button

Select No to update the part on the PO
-
Select Ok to exit the PO
-
Verify the PPN window is closed
