Select O. Open Orders

Select the Estimates tab

Select a current Decisiv order
-
Select F6. Options/Export to PIP/Export to Decisiv

Verify the Export is successful

Access PTM Vision
-
Select O-Open Orders
-
Select the Estimate Tab
-
Locate the Estimates to Convert to Work or Sales Orders
-
Highlight the first Estimate and Select F6-Options
-
Select C-Convert
-
In the Convert window, you can either Update the To Order Number to an existing Order or select OK to assign the current number displayed.

Select the Estimate Tab again
-
Locate the Estimates to Convert to Work or Sales Order
-
Highlight the next Estimate and Select F6-Options
-
In the Convert window, update the To Order Number to the previous Order assigned.

The two Estimates will be merged into a single Sales or Work Order.
