Merchant Application 

  1. From Vision main menu select: Services>Integrations>Wisetack>Setup

 
  1. Follow along as the Customer completes the application beginning with their email address.

 
  1. Customer enters Business Details

    1. Business Name  (Required)

    2. DBA (Doing Business As) if applicable.  (Optional)

    3. Business Address (Required)

    4. Suite/Apt/Unit (Optional)

    5. City (Required)

    6. Zip Code (Required)

    7. Phone Number  (Required)

    8. Email  (Required)

  1. Save & Continue

 
  1. Business Owners

    1. Yes or No if the Owner owns 25% or more of the Business.

 
  1. Complete Business Information

    1. Enter the company's Federal EIN or Tax ID number. (Required)

    2. Select Automotive from the Industry dropdown. (Required)

    3. Enter the Website if available

  1. Select Save & Continue.

 
  1. Add the Business Owner’s details.

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Mobile phone Number

    4. Email Address

    5. Business Ownership %

    6. Home Street Address

    7. Suite, Apt, Unit (Optional)

    8. City

    9. Zip Code

    10. Date of Birth

    11. Last 4 Digits of SSN

 

 
  1. Select Save

  2. Select or Add an Executive and agree to the Terms of Service.

  3. Select Save & Continue.

 
  1. Select to Link Bank Account or Enter Manually

    1. See Automate Payments - Link a Bank Account

 
  1. Select Review & Edit Info, or Close the window.

 
  1. To check the status of the Merchant (Provider Approval).

    1. In PTM Vision, select Services from the File menu.

    2. Select Integrations, Wisetack, and Setup.

    3. Select the Check Status button.

      1. A status of Submitted, Declined, or Approved will be displayed.






 
  1. Until the Provider is approved with Wisetack as one of their Merchants, Users attempting to Prequalify or use Print/Bill Close and select H-Wisetack Financing will receive a message that an approved Wisetack Merchant Account was not found.

 
  1. Communication will be delivered to the Provider advising Merchant Approval.  

    1. Select Integrations, Wisetack, and Setup.

    2. Select the Check Status button.

    3. Once the Status is Approved, the Provider may start to allow Customer Applications to be submitted.  















 

Customer Prequalification Request

  1. Open PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select an Open Order or Open Estimate

  4. Select F6-Options

  5. Select F6-Wisetack Financing

  6. Select Start Prequalification

 
  1. Enter the Customers Cell Phone Number to have a Text sent to them to complete the Prequalification process.

  2. Select OK.

 
  1. A message will display that the request was submitted successfully.

 
  1. A Text message will be delivered to the Cell Phone Number provided including the Merchant (Provider) name and the total amount due on the Invoice.

    1. If a Deductible has been applied to the Order, the total amount will be the total minus the deductible.

    2. Select the link in the Text to start and return to the Application process.

      1. You will be directed to Wisetack’s website.

 
  1. A verification Text screen will display the cell phone number.

    1. Select Send Code.

  1. A new text message with a verification code will be sent.  




 
  1. Enter the Verification Code received in Text.

  1. Complete the Prequalification Application.




 
  1. Complete the additional information screen.

  1. A prequalified amount with 3, 6, 12, and 24-monthly payment options.  

 
  1. Based on the estimate or Order total, it can be entered to update the terms displayed.

 
  1. The web browser may now be closed.

  2. Return the PTM Vision.  

  3. You will see a status message on the Order.  To update the status message to the most current, select F6-Options, 6-Wisetack Financing, and Check Application Status.

 
  1. A Status will display and update the message.

 

At this point, if the Customer wishes to continue with the Load Application process, they should be approved for the amount approved in the Prequalification, but the terms may change based on the Loan Application amount.

 

Customer Financing Request

  1. To start the Unit Owners Finance Application, retrieve the Order from Open Orders.

  2. Open the Order.  

  3. Select Alt-F7 to Print/Bill and Close.

  4. Select H-Wisetack Financing

 
  1. Enter the Customers Cell Phone Number to have a Text sent to them to complete the application process.

  2. Select OK.

 
  1. A Text message will be delivered to the Cell Phone Number provided including the Merchant (Provider) name and the total amount due on the Invoice.

    1. If a Deductible has been applied to the Order, the total amount will be the total minus the deductible.

    2. Select the link in the Text to start and return to the Application process.

      1. You will be directed to Wisetack’s website.

 
  1. A verification Text screen will display the cell phone number.

    1. Select Send Code.

  1. Enter the Verification Code received in Text.

  1. Start the Application.  Enter the following:

    1. First Name

    2. Last Name

    3. Personal Email

    4. Date of Birth

    5. Annual Income

    6. Last 4 SSN

  2. Select the check box to agree to the Terms of Service, E-Sign Consent, and Privacy Policy

  3. Select the Continue button

  1. Continue the Application Details.  Enter the following:

    1. Home Address

    2. Suite, Apt, Unit (Optional)

    3. City

    4. Zip Code

  2. Select the Apply button.

 
  1. On the Approval Screen, select one of the options for Financing.

  1. Select Link Bank Account or Skip.

  1. Review your Terms

    1. Select the check box to agree to I have reviewed and agree.

 
  1. Enter the last 4 Digits of SSN to Sign

  2. Select Accept Terms and Sign.

  1. Confirm if the Service has been completed.

    1. Select Done - Release Payment

    2. Select Not Done - Confirm Later

Loan Applications Below $500.00 
  1. Wisetack cannot be used for Orders with a total below $500.00.

 
Loan Applications Above $15000.00 
  1. Wisetack will only fund Orders up to a total of $15,000.00

    1. Select Yes to complete a Split Payment Deposit for the amount above $15,000.00.  

    2. Once the Order total is adjusted to $15,000.00 or less, the Loan Application may continue.

 
Check Status of Application/Prequalification
  1. Open PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select an Open Order or Open Estimate

  4. Select F6-Options

  5. Select F6-Check Application Status

 
Return to Application Process
  1. If you pause the process, you may always go back to the Text message and select the Link to continue where you left off.

 

 
  1. The Loan process is complete.

Automate Payments - Link a Bank Account
  1. Select Link a Bank Account.

 
  1. Select Continue to connect to your Account.




 
  1. Enter the Username and Password.  

    1. For Testing, enter the following to create a Testing Bank Account:

      1. Username: user_good

      2. Password: pass_good

 
  1. Select Submit.

 
  1. Select Checking or Savings

  2. Select Continue

 
  1. Select Continue on the Success Message screen.

Apply Wisetack Funds to Work order
  1. Open PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select Alt-F7-Print Bill/Close

  4. Select Check Status on the Wisetack window

  5. If the Status updates to Approved - Released, select the Finalize Order button.

 

 
  1. Select Yes to Are you sure you would like to finalize the Order?

 
  1. The approved Loan amount has been applied to the Order and the Print/Bill Close process will continue.

  2. On the Invoice, WT and the Order number will be displayed in the Paid By field



 
Order Total changes after Loan Application has started
 

To process a change in the Loan Total, the Loan for the original amount will need to be Approved.  

  1. From the Main Menu, select O-Open Orders.  Open the Order.

  2. Select Alt-F7-Print/Bill and Close

  3. The Order Total does not match the Pending Loan Application window will display

 
  1. To Apply the Approved Loan amount to the Order, Select F2-Split Payment.

    1. The user will have an option to process a Split Payment Deposit for the difference where they can pay by Cash, Check, or Credit Card.

 
  1. Once the difference is applied to the Order, the Wisetack Pending Application screen will display where the User can select Finalize Order to apply the Loan Amount to the Order.

  2. To cancel the current Approved Loan and submit a New Loan Application for the updated Total, select F3-Resubmit Application.

    1. Review the Message and Select Yes to Cancel the current Application and resubmit.

 
  1. To Cancel out of the Print/Bill Close process with no additional action, select Exit

 

Wisetack Order Overview

  1. Select O-Open Orders

  2. Select F6-Options

  3. Select S-Wisetack Order Overview

  4. The Wisetack - Order Overview screen will display the following information:

    1. Order Number

    2. Open Status

    3. Prequalification Create Date

    4. Prequalification Status

    5. Prequalification Amount

    6. Prequalification Expiration date

    7. Loan Created Date

    8. Loan Status

    9. Loan Request Amount

    10. Loan Approval Amount

    11. Loan Paid Date

    12. Loan Expiration Date

 
  1. There are also F keys for additional information:

    1. F5-Links to Prequalification and Loan Application URL’s to return and complete the Applications.

 
  1. F6-Status will retrieve the current status of the highlighted Order.

 
  1. F7-Status All will retrieve and update the current status of all Orders. 

  2. F8-Source directs the user to the Order in Open Orders

 
  1. F11-Open/Close toggles the display from Open Yes and Open No which corresponds to if the Order is Open or Closed. 

 

 

Cancel the Loan Application/Prequalification

  1. Open PTM Vision 

  2. Select O-Open Orders

  3. Select an Open Order or Open Estimate

  4. Select F6-Options

  5. Select  6-Wisetack Financing

  6. Select Cancel Loan Application

 
  1. You may also Cancel the application by selecting Alt-F7-Print/Bill and Close.
