PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Interfax integration improvements

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select the Inbox button on the Communications bar

  3. Select F12. Setup

  4. Select F4. Edit and add the Server address

    1.  https://rest.interfax.net

  5. Select F4. Edit to save

  6. Select Ok to exit setup

  7. Select Yes to filter

  8. Enter an old date and check the box

  9. Select Ok to continue

  10. Exit the Inbox and select the refresh icon on the Communications toolbar

    1. Verify the Faxes are retrieved

Bug 25336 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: Burden rate is changing back to default after a tech logs in and out of an order

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Open Orders

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Burden rate is changing back to default after a tech logs in and out of an order

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders tab

  4. Create a new order and add a Labor operation that has a different burden rate than what the default is set to to the order

  5. Select F9 twice to view and take note of the Burden rate

  6. Exit the order

  7. Select File/Shop Time manager

  8. Select a Tech that is not setup with a custom burden rate

  9. Select the WO that was just created

  10. Login to the Job

  11. Wait several minutes

  12. Logout of the job

  13. Exit STM and open the order again

  14. Select F9 twice

    1. Verify the Burden rate is not set to the Default and is still set at the burden rate from the labor operation
