Bug 24800 - PTM Vision/Services: Switching from Previous Year to Current with an Order open disables the Open Order screen

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Switching from Previous Year to Current with an Order open disables the Open Order screen

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select Services/Switch Years/Previous Year

  3. Select Yes to Update Structures

  4. Select O. Open orders

  5. Open an existing order

  6. Select Services/Switch Years/Current Year

  7. Select No to back up any changes

    1. Verify when the current year directory is shown, the Open orders window closes and does not display a blank grid

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select F10. Search History

  4. Select Ok to the Search Options window

  5. Right-Click on the Date header

  6. Press Enter on the grid filter

  7. Enter a date range

    1. Verify the grid is filtered by the date range

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  At times, items on a orders are not saving cost changes

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Sales order tab

  4. Select F2. New

  5. Enter a Customer account

  6. In the Input field, type a part number

  7. Press enter in order to open the Search window

  8. Press enter on the part number in the Search window

  9. Click in the BO and enter a Qty of 1

  10. Tab away from the field

  11. Select Yes to back order

  12. Select Yes to drop ship

  13. Select Yes to bill drop ship to order

  14. In the Input field, type in a part number

  15. Press enter in order to open the Search window

  16. Press enter on the part number in the Search window

  17. Click in the BO and enter a Qty of 1

  18. Tab away from the field

  19. Select Yes to back order

  20. Double click on the first part and change the Cost

  21. Tab away and then Select Ok to save

  22. Double click on the same item again and verify the cost was changed

  23. Select Ok to exit

  24. Double click on the second part and change the Cost

  25. Select Ok to save

  26. Double click on the same item again

    1. Verify the Cost change has been saved
