DESCRIPTION: 

Bug 24618 - Update Motor Fleetcross functionality

APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Motor Fleetcross Integration

 

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Update Motor Fleetcross functionality

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->>

***Search/Add Item (Inventory)***

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select I. Inventory

  3. Select F10. Search and locate the part needed

  4. Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross Search

    1. Verify the Search window is shown and the header has been changed to state "Fleetcross Search"

    2. Verify the Inventory item that is in focus in added to the Search field

  5. Select Ok

    1. Verify the Motor fleetcross window is opened

    2. Verify the Inventory item is added the Search field in the Fleetcross website

  6. Once the Search results are shown, if any, select the POST button

  7. Select Ok to any additional prompts shown

  8. If Inventory item is not currently in inventory, select Yes to the prompt that states "Add XXX to Inventory?"

    1. Verify the item and description are added to Inventory

  9. Enter additional Inventory item details as needed

 

***Search/Add Item (Open Order) ***

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select O. Open Orders

  3. Select the Work Orders

  4. Select F2. New Order

  5. Enter Customer Account Number

  6. Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross

    1. Verify the Fleetcross window is opened

    2. Note: The Hotkey must be selected twice in order to populate the correct search

  7. Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross

    1. Verify the Manufacturer window is shown

  8. Select a Manufacturer

  9. Locate a Stocking inventory item and select the Search parts button

  10. Select the Post button on the Stocking part number

  11. Select Yes to the confirmation dialog - Verify the item is added to the order

    1. Verify if the item is not in stock, the backorder prompt is shown; select Ok to the prompt to create the PO

  12. Enter the Inventory item number and select Ok

    1. Verify the Inventory item is shown

 

***Search/Add Item (Purchase Order)***

  1. Access PTM Vision

  2. Select P. Purchase Orders

  3. Select Ctrl+S. Search Fleetcross

    1. Verify the Fleetcross Search window is shown

    2. Verify if lined up on an active Purchase Order, the Inventory item is shown in the Search field

  4. In the Search field, enter a Stocking Inventory item that is also available on Fleetcross

  5. Select Ok

    1. Verify the Fleetcross website window is shown

    2. Verify the Inventory item is shown in the Fleetcross Search field

  6. Select POST on the Fleetcross website

  7. Select Ok to the Parts dialog

  8. Select Yes to add to Purchase orders

    1. Verify the PO Edit window is shown

    2. Verify the details on the Purchase Order are correct and match what is currently in Inventory

    1. Note: Computer being used needs to not have the new Help viewer installed

  2. Select the Help menu at the top

  3. Select Yes to dialog message that asks to install the new viewer

    1. Verify no error occurs and the installer window is shown
