***Search/Add Item (Inventory)***

Access PTM Vision
-
Select I. Inventory
-
Select F10. Search and locate the part needed
-
Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross Search
-
Verify the Search window is shown and the header has been changed to state "Fleetcross Search"
-
Verify the Inventory item that is in focus in added to the Search field
-
-
Select Ok
-
Verify the Motor fleetcross window is opened
-
Verify the Inventory item is added the Search field in the Fleetcross website
-
-
Once the Search results are shown, if any, select the POST button
-
Select Ok to any additional prompts shown
-
If Inventory item is not currently in inventory, select Yes to the prompt that states "Add XXX to Inventory?"
-
Verify the item and description are added to Inventory
-

Enter additional Inventory item details as needed
***Search/Add Item (Open Order) ***

Access PTM Vision
-
Select O. Open Orders
-
Select the Work Orders
-
Select F2. New Order
-
Enter Customer Account Number
-
Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross
-
Verify the Fleetcross window is opened
-
Note: The Hotkey must be selected twice in order to populate the correct search

-
Select Ctrl+S. Fleetcross
-
Verify the Manufacturer window is shown
-
-
Select a Manufacturer
-
Locate a Stocking inventory item and select the Search parts button
-
Select the Post button on the Stocking part number
-
Select Yes to the confirmation dialog - Verify the item is added to the order
-
Verify if the item is not in stock, the backorder prompt is shown; select Ok to the prompt to create the PO
-

Enter the Inventory item number and select Ok
-
Verify the Inventory item is shown
-
***Search/Add Item (Purchase Order)***

Access PTM Vision
-
Select P. Purchase Orders
-
Select Ctrl+S. Search Fleetcross
-
Verify the Fleetcross Search window is shown
-
Verify if lined up on an active Purchase Order, the Inventory item is shown in the Search field

In the Search field, enter a Stocking Inventory item that is also available on Fleetcross
-
Select Ok
-
Verify the Fleetcross website window is shown
-
Verify the Inventory item is shown in the Fleetcross Search field
-

Select POST on the Fleetcross website
-
Select Ok to the Parts dialog
-
Select Yes to add to Purchase orders
-
Verify the PO Edit window is shown
-
Verify the details on the Purchase Order are correct and match what is currently in Inventory
