Access PTM Vision
-
Select O. Open Orders
-
Select the Work Orders tab
-
Select F2. New Order
-
Enter Customer Account Number
-
In the Input field, enter a non-inventory part and press enter
-
Press X to enter Item details
-
Do not enter any details in the Item Details window
-
Select the Escape key on the keyboard
-
Verify the line item is not added to the order

Access PTM Vision
-
Select I. Inventory
-
Select F6. Options/Import Options/Price File Import
-
Select a file to import
-
Enter COL1 in the Part Number field. Enter AUR in the Line field and select the All Makes has Line Codes checkbox. Select OK.

Enter COL2 in the Description field
-
Select F8-Import
-
Select A Update Pricefile Complete
-
Select Yes to Backup the Price.DBF
-
Select Yes to run the comparisons. If no differences are found, select OK and OK to close the Import screen.

Select F6-Options/Menu Options, and select G-Update Inventory Pricing with Prices
-
Enter the Password
-
Select A-Update Inventory Pricing
-
Only choose the Overwrite Descriptions checkbox and select OK
-
Enter AUR for the Product Line and Select OK
-
Select Yes to Backup the Price.DBF
-
Select Yes to view the comparison of price files. If no differences, select OK
-
Verify the Inventory File against the Price file by using Ctrl F9
