APPLICATION: PTM Vision/Shop Time Manager and Work Orders

PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Updating Billed hours from a WO no longer working when feature to update billed hours is turned on

1. Access PTM Vision

2. Select O. Open Orders

3. Select the Work Orders tab

4. Select F2. New Order

5. Enter Customer Account Number

6. In the Input field, enter an On the fly Labor operation

7. Select Yes to separate Jobs

8. Select F4. Edit on the Labor Operation

9. Select F4. Edit on the Time Entry

10. Select a Tech

11. Enter the In/Out Times

12. Edit the Billed Hours to be different from the Actual Hours

13. Tab way from the field

    1. Verify the Billed hours remains edited and does not revert to the Actual hours

14. Select Ok to exit the Time Editor window

    1. Verify the Billed hours are updated on the Time entry

15. Select F4. Edit on the Time Entry again

    1. Verify the Billed hours remains edited and does not revert to the Actual hours
