Access PTM Vision
-
Select O-Open Orders
-
Select the Sales Order Tab
-
Enter an Account Number
-
Enter Part# CUM4089985RX in the Input section
-
Select OK to order 1
-
Select OK to return zero Cores
-
Highlight the Part and select F4-Edit
-
Enter 1 into the Bo Qty field (This is a stocking Part with QTY available, but they want to Back Order the part) Select OK

Select F11-PO
-
Select O-Order
-
Select R-Receive. Select Yes to go into Receiving Mode

Select F8-Process. Select Yes to continue Receiving Purchase Order.

Select No to add Payables. Select no to Print received Parts. Select OK
-
On the Open Order screen, the Backordered Part shows a QTY of 1 and the Core Price remains the same.
