PROBLEM SUMMARY:  Update 1099 MISC and 1099 NEC forms

1. Access PTM Vision<

2. Select A. Accounting System

3. Select I. Accounting Utilities

4. Select C. 1099 Utility

5. Select OK on the Print Utility window that asks for the amount to exceed

6. Say Yes to Omit Employee names

7. Select F10. NEC/MIS on each Vendor to set the form to NEC

8. Select F9. Tag on each Vendor

9. Select F7. Print

10. Select A. Print 1099

11. Select Ok to the dialog message that states "You are about to preview the 1099 NEC report. If you are ready to print your official 1099 NE forms, please have them loaded in your printer"

    1. Verify up to 3 Vendors are shown on the NEC form

12. Select the Exit icon to leave the form

13. Line up on the top Vendor and select F10. NEC/MIS and set each Vendor to the MIS form

14. Select F7. Print

15. Select A. Print 1099

16. Select Ok to the dialog message that states "You are about to preview the 1099 MISC report. If you are ready to print your official 1099 MISC forms, please have them loaded in your printer

    1. Verify up to 2 Vendors are shown on the MISC form
