Forces a part to be taxed even if the customer is EXP (exempt on parts) such as Oil and Fluids are taxable no matter the customers tax status in certain states.

TAXABLE ITEMS (Petroleum based items special setup)

If a Customer is set to a tax area of EXP (See SPECIAL TAX AREAS in 5. Customer Maintenance section of manual Volume One) they will be exempt on parts. However several states and providences have determined that Removable items or Fluids are to be taxed even on consumers with Tax ID’s use the > symbol in the Memo Entered to force a part to be taxed even when the customer has EXP in the tax area. Canadian Customers: use EXP tax area to exempt PST and the > memo parts will still be taxed PST.
