APPLICATION:  PTM Vision 

  

PROBLEM SUMMARY: Open Orders - Clear Key Tag when converting an estimate to a WO or SO 

<<-------------------------------------*SETUP INSTRUCTIONS*------------------------------------>> 

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  1. Select Services 

  1. Select Features 

  1. Enter 7,53 in the Search field and submit Enter.   

  1. Select the checkbox for 7,53 - Remove Phone/Custom Info during Conversion 

<<--------------------*HOW TO VERIFY THAT PROBLEM IS FIXED*----------------------->> 

  1. Select O-Open Orders 

  1. Select the E-Estimate Tab 

  1. Open an Estimate and Enter a Key Tag number if one isn't already present.  Select OK 

  1. On the Open Orders screen, select F6-Options  

  1. Select C-Convert.  Select OK 

  1. The Converted Order will display, and the Key Tag field has been removed
