PROBLEM SUMMARY: Open Orders - Clear Key Tag when converting an estimate to a WO or SO

Access PTM Vision

Select Services
-
Select Features
-
Enter 7,53 in the Search field and submit Enter.

Select the checkbox for 7,53 - Remove Phone/Custom Info during Conversion

Select O-Open Orders
-
Select the E-Estimate Tab
-
Open an Estimate and Enter a Key Tag number if one isn't already present. Select OK

On the Open Orders screen, select F6-Options
-
Select C-Convert. Select OK
-
The Converted Order will display, and the Key Tag field has been removed
