PROBLEM SUMMARY:   PlussPay - Credit Card fails but posts to MerchantTrack as approved

  1. Access PTM Vision  

  1. Select O - Open Orders 

  1. Add an Account Number 

  1. Select Alt-I - Input 

  1. Add Parts and or Labor 

  1. Select AltF7-Print Bill/Close 

  1. Select C-Pay by Credit Card 

  1. If no response is received from the Credit Card processor, a message displays that an issue occurred and to check Merchanttrack.
