  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select R. Reports 

  3. Select A. Inventory 

  4. Select Y. Enter Sold Date 

  5. Select B. In Stock 

  6. Select O. Other Options Menu 

  7. Select J. Not Sold in How Many Days 

  8. Select Ok on the options menu 

  9. Select * Edit String 

  10. Select Ok to save string 

  11. Select P. Preview 

    1. Verify no open quantities are showing on the report

Bug 21806 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: Manually removing the Customer from an order and setting it to Untitled does not update costs when reused and a different customer is added

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   Manually removing the Customer from an order and setting it to Untitled does not update costs when reused and a different customer is added

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O. Open Orders 

  3. Select F2. New 

  4. Add a Customer set to Cash terms/pricing 

  5. Add an inventory part 

    1. Take note of the cost 

  6. Select F8. Amend 

  7. Delete the City, St, Zip, Address, Customer Name, Acct# 

  8. Select F8. Amend again 

  9. Exit the order 

  10. Open the order again and select F8. Amend 

  11. Set the order to a customer set to Retail terms/pricing 

  12. Select F8. Amend again 

    1. Verify the prompt to update costs is shown

  • 7,50: When changing Customer name, reset pricing for Untitled customer names

  1. Access PTM Vision as Administrator 

  2. Select Services, Account\Software Utilities\Verify Libraries. 

  3. Select Compose in the Communications Bar.  A message that a new Communication file is available.   

  4. Select OK to download 

  5. Select Compose, update the email address and select Send. 

  6. A message that Your message has been sent.
