Access PTM Vision as Administrator

Select Compose in the Communications Bar. A message that a new Communication file is available.

Select OK to download

Select Windows Explorer. Browse to Windows_Syswow64_Pluss_ECMConfig.txt

Update the entry to below 30000 = 30 seconds to timeout long processing emails 30000 is the default.
