Bug 29054 - PTM Vision-Automated WO Emails - Vision is not responding sometimes when sending automated emails

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   Automated WO Emails - Vision is not responding sometimes when sending automated emails

  1. Access PTM Vision as Administrator 

  2. Select Compose in the Communications Bar.  A message that a new Communication file is available.   

  3. Select OK to download 

  4. Select  Windows Explorer.  Browse to Windows_Syswow64_Pluss_ECMConfig.txt 

  5. Update the entry to below 30000 = 30 seconds to timeout long processing emails  30000 is the default.
