Bug 28330 - PTM Vision_Reports_RFB export does not include Billed and Actual Hours columns

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   RFB export does not include Billed/Actual Hours columns

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select R. Reports 

  3. Select F. Order Reports 

  4. Select B. Report by date 

  5. Enter Date range 

  6. Select C. Workorder Closed Date 

  7. Select P. Preview 

  8. Select N. WO Profit Parts – Labor – Total Net and % 

  9. Select Yes to the prompt that states “Show direct labor cost on this report?” 

  10. Select Yes to the prompt that states “Show Freight separate on report?” 

  11. Select the Export button 

    1. Verify that the exported file contains the Billed and Actual Hours columns

  7. Complete a Card deposit.  Run the card and sign the terminal 

  8. Select another Work Order and open 

  9. Select F6-Options 

  10. Select C-Deposit Utility 

  11. Select A-Create Deposit 

  12. Complete a Check deposit and print a receipt.
