Bug 28316 - PTM Vision/Open Orders: If back orders exist and the customer is amended, the BO is not deleted if the part is removed from the order

PROBLEM SUMMARY:   If back orders exist and the customer is amended, the BO is not deleted if the part is removed from the order

  1. Access PTM Vision 

  2. Select O. Open Orders 

  3. Select F2. New 

  4. Enter Customer account information 

  5. In the Input field, enter an item with no qty in stock 

  6. Select Yes to back order 

  7. Select F8. Amend 

  8. Select the Customer account dropdown and select a different customer 

  9. Select Yes to change customer on order 

  10. Select Yes to reprice parts 

  11. Select No to reprice labor 

  12. Select F5. Delete on the back ordered part 

    1. Verify the part is removed along with the corresponding back order

  4. Select the button.  The button field only contains 6 characters.  It needs to match the 15 characters of the Work Order Category field.

  2. Select U, J, Q 

  3. Enter  7,48 and select enter.  Select the button and enter DOT 

  4. In 7,49, check the checkbox.  Select OK to save

  1. Select C-Customer 

  2. Select F10-Search 

  3. Select a Customer 

  4. Select F7-Print 

  5. Select C-Customer Statements

  7. Verify the Tag field is set to Y and select F8-Process 

  8. Review the attached documents in email.  Only Invoices are attached
