Select F2. New

Enter Customer account information

In the Input field, enter an item with no qty in stock

Select Yes to back order

Select F8. Amend
-
Select the Customer account dropdown and select a different customer

Select Yes to change customer on order
-
Select Yes to reprice parts
-
Select No to reprice labor
-
Select F5. Delete on the back ordered part
-
Verify the part is removed along with the corresponding back order
