Welcome to the Happy Fox Pluss Software customer portal.  This portal will allow you to submit, monitor and review any tickets with support at Pluss Software.

The portal will use ONE main email contact for your company interaction - you may have individual contacts setup but in order to keep all communications in a easy to access place please verify that the main email the portal setup was sent to is the correct email.  To access the portal you will need to know that email address and the password.

You should have a Welcome "no reply" email with a generic password assigned...

Select the LOGIN option in the upper right corner:

Once Logged In on your portal, select the "My Settings" option in the Tieckets view on the upper right corner:

Under the "My Settings" notice that you cannot change the main email for your account, but please verify that the main phone number is the best phone for reaching your company - add additional phone numbers as needed.

Please change the password to something easy that you and the appropriate staff members of your company can remember and use to access your communications with Pluss Software, LLC through this portal.

You may wish to modify the notifications setting to this email.
